Pandemic pushups with neighbour Mike in the JG. Holy ickfay that was hard. Goal is 200 pushups in 15 minutes. The twist: every minute after the first minute, you have to do two, then 4, then 6 etc air squats before dropping for mor pushups. I got to 170 official pushups. Shoulders are going to be bowling balls by the time this is over.
One of the prettiest mornings in memory. Another Jordan special: 2 x (10min Tempo, 2min recovery, (4 x 90seconds HARD, 1min recovery))3min between sets.
