Crossfit closed! Anyone can join for the next 3 weeks. AMRAP in 10 minutes of 10 squats, 9 right arm DB snatches, 10 pushups, 9 left arm snatches. Managed 3 short of 5 rounds. So 187 reps at 35 pound DB.
nearly funked out of the crossfit session at the JG this morning. Fortunately, Balogna and I are counter-cyclical and so she got me started again. Including clown outfits for some reason. Oddly, it worked beautifully. Thrusters and burpees and pullups. Lots and lots of them.
