Taper week, but still a good one. easy deadlifts to stretch out the hammies. Roxy on sweat clearing duty. Balogna did a nigh impossible 45 seconds of jumping split squats.

The end of the last hard week before taper week. 4 times two canterbury loops, rest , one canterbury loop. Spectacular crash on the last loop as I came around the corner, side swiped and rolled. Came away dirty but unharmed. Ended the run, though

double unders and pushups. Oh, and bicep curls and presses (25 pounds).

The double unders failed me because Broder was watching. Performance anxiety. But I got some in. Balogna did better.

Always good to get my 100 pushups for the day done in a WoD. So far I've managed to stay with 100/day, 6 days/week since the pandemic started. Will continue to do so until there is a vaccine and we can go back to the Before Times. You hear that scientists? This is on you. Find that vaccine or I'm stuck doing pushups for the rest of time. So come on! Chop, chop. Recombine that DNA, get all pro on those antibodies. Pitter patter let's get at 'er.
