22 KB swings (35lb)
22 box jumps (20 inches)
Dirty Helen run
22 burpees
22 wall balls (12lb, 9ft target)
just under 40 minutes to finish. A grinder. Balogna and Rox did a different hero workout, and then cheered me on for the final two rounds.

I did two rope substitutions. One rope climb = 11 of any exercise of your choosing. So burpees get thrown under the bus. Natch.

That felt much better than some of the more recent Thursday morning burners. 5 CanterFURIES (twice around Canterbury mountain all out--easily the most beautiful 400 meter(ok, ok 320) track in Ontario).

Good to have Janet coaching this one. upside down pyramid. 21, 15, 9, 15, 21. Soul destroyers those are. Each round is the number of American KB swings, goblet squats and burpees over KB. Slugged it out, but I was stepping over the KB most of the way.

Jordan and I invented this crazy workout last fall. Rip down all the downhills in the Valley whatever the cost. Including K2. This is a treacherous one, but if one survives it, one is the stronger for the effort. It's like they say: trail running is really good for your ankles unless you break your ankles.

No ankles were harmed in the execution of this work out.

the workout this morning piled on to the work from yesterday seems to have cleared up a few back tweaks that have been gathering together in a worrisome way. I like it when that happens. Sure is pleasant out there!

New HomeWoD format is terrific. We have it so dialed in now. Perfect for Balogna, The Wizard and me. Two camera system. Surround sound. The forest canopy. Man. Lovely to be alive.

Oh, and a rope! Gotta love a gym with a climbing rope.
