Finding new uses for the Bulg bags, like Turkish get ups. Balogna, who has more stability with this one did it with the 13 pound bag and I did it with the 11 pound baganino. The challenge will be to do a Turkish get up with Merlin as the weight. Then other stuff to make for a tough one. Plus core.

10 burpees
10 burpees and 25 pushups
10 burpees, 25 PUs and 50 lunges
10 burpees, 25 PUs, 50 lunges, 100 situps
10 burpees, 25 PUs, 50 lunges, 100 situps and 150 squats.

Squats end up being the killer.

That was tough. The plan was 10 steady, 10 tempo and 5 hard, but it's hard to measure tempo in a foot of fresh snow, so I just went as hard as I could for 25 minutes. Still only barely cracked 6k. All my leg muscles are sore, calves especially. And glutes. Weird. Cool to see all the animal tracks, though.

Holiday longer gym time. Bags bags bags. Then more shoulder and forearm taxation with presses and KBs. Then bridges and vote. Roxy stayed under her pile of pillows on the couch, pretty much still wasted from all of yesterday’s pond doings.
