21.3 and 21.4 of the Crossfit Open. Surprised myself with 166 reps, at 65 pounds. that includes 30 toes to bar, 30 pullups and 30 chest to bar. Not bad for a winter away from gymnastics. And witnessed by Anvil, so totally legit

Expanding the loop with Turdo bit by bit. This time we made around the main loop. Impressive progress considering Robin runs only once a week.

weights. Also some overhead lifts, though those freak me out a bit. But Crossfit Open 21.3 and 21.4 loom and so I had to do some test lifts.

4 by 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy. In the two minutes hard, the second minute is meant to be faster. As in all out. Full Hammer. Sprint like you stole something.

Then four minutes joggy joggy.

Then 4 x 45 seconds everything you got. Burn the furniture.

Two more of these, then the 5 k TT.

"MORE Bulgarain Bag SandBaggin". Really good off-plane movement. Hips and knees loosen up by the 3rd of 6 sets.
