18.2, a Crossfit open workout, was the main event today.
Start with 10 weighted squats (35#DB), 1 bar facing burpee
then 9 squats, 2 burpees
all the way to 10 bar facing burpees
For time. Took just over 7 minutes, but gets pretty grim in the middle there.
Then max KB swings in two minutes
Then Boulder Shoulder walks x 3
