Terrific class with Coach Mike at the JG. Much effort on the precise movements required by various gymnastic exercises. Learning to keep my elbows locked. Steady progress on the lead up to repeatable muscle ups.

instead of running. Have to get my bakers cyst situation sorted out. I've been able to get along fine, but only for runs less than 75 minutes. Then it blows up. So a few days off now so that Ireland will be more enjoyable.

And great class. EMOM with dumbbells. The WoD was 18 minutes to do
4-8-12-16-16-12-8-4 devils presses with a 250 meter assault bike burst between each set. That's enough.

Good class. Threw in some rope climbs just to get a feel for the Alchemy ropes. Slippery! Gotta be more careful. Tried it arms only and had to request help from the legs 2/3 of the way up on account of scary. Then rowing and lungesters, a challenging combo of lunging and thrusters.

Dad hangs, squat sits and muscle up practice. Plus some mobility work
