really good run this morning with Jordan. 15 minutes at tempo+, then 4 x 45 seconds all out with a minute between. Spectacular out there. Maybe half the leaves came down yesterday in a great flurry and so the morning sky is now showing through the tree skeletons.

Week 2 of gymnastics. overhead workout all leading to, one day, maybe doing a handstand. Not a comfortable movement for me at all. That’s the point I suppose.
