Brantford team workout. I went with Duncan and Sam against Broder, Alex and Matt. Fair fight. They beat us on lifting, we wrecked them on endurance.

Brisk run with Jordan. He’s still recovering from the 100k run, which knocked him back to my speed. 12 minutes tempo, then 4x90 seconds all out.

12 times 75 seconds hard, 75 seconds easy. Like these bursty ones. Good way to recover from Murph. The Dames Rockets (I don’t care if they’re seen as an invasive Phlox imposter; they’re damn purdy) are in their full glory.
