Another outstanding day of power monkey Collingwood with Balogna, kris and a few others from the gym. After a truly pleasant stay at the tarnoplex, we trained activities at Indestry, a terrific CrossFit gym in town. Mike Cerbus led us through squats, snatches, more squats, jerks, cleans and more squats. Learned a ton. So much fun.
