Chtel jsem jit Threshold, ale boli pravy koleno ze predu, bud je to z kitu, zimy, neob kilometraze, snad sem jenom pretrenovanej

Po 20 minutach mi uplne dosla stava a zbytek sem se doplouzil. Zkracena uterni jedenactka.

Jelikoz sem si zapomel chytrou knizku, tak jsem zopakoval trenink ze ctvrtka, kterej sem sel skoro stejne. 4*1km (3:19, 3:20, 3:21, 3:24)

Intervals Track 7:00 [4] 2.0 km (3:30 / km)

2*1km 3:08, 3:07 a pak ze nejde behat kvalitne venku v -14 a za vetru
