1 hour @ 8:00 pace.
45 minutes @ 8:57 pace.
1 hour @ 8:00 pace.
Although I finished without a problem, I was pretty tired and do not see anything in my training that would lead me to believe that a BQ will be possible right now.

Hill work today.
10 minute warm up @ 2%, 8:57 pace.
Lowered to 0% for 5 minutes, up to 3% for 5 minutes.
Continued 5 minutes each at 0%, 4%, 0%, 5%, 0%, 6%,0%, 7%, and 0.
A couple of strides and then 2 minutes @ 6:00 pace @ 0%.

Pace run this morning.
3 minute warm up @ 8:57 pace, resumed run @ 8:00 pace with several strides thrown in as well as the usual last minute stride @ 6:00 pace.

I took Sunday and Monday off, Saturday killed me.
