Just a short one, still trying to loosen up the legs.

First outside run since the marathon. I decided to run at a faster pace, but at the last 2 miles to go, the left hamstring pulled. Hit me hard. Had to run with one hand pushing in on the hammy.
I should have known better. I'm either too old or too stupid for this. Or both.
