good hard pace, some hill work...took two days off (lack of sleep) paid off. felt strong today.

good spin to start for 10 mins, lowered the gears a bit and continued good tempo for 5 mins, another 5 mins high cadence and the last 5 slowed it down a bit. good recovery.
