Orienteering race (Middle) 1:05:49 [3] *** 5.6 km (11:45 / km) +400m 8:40 / km
spiked:16/16c shoes: Salomon SpeedCross2

3rd race of our local league. I had pretty fine rhytm, excelent contact with map. Pretty satisfied with my own work. The only problem is that still when I see someone in forest, I totally forget to read map, and I start to look what is he doing. However, 3rd place in E category tells that I'm on a completely new level for this season. :)

Orienteering 1:40:00 [3] **** 10.5 km (9:31 / km)
spiked:24/24c shoes: Salomon SpeedCross2

Two trainings.
First one was on "brown map", with no other objects than contour lines, and other brown objects. I finished it very good. After that, we had a training on the same terrain with a regular map. I ran easy, concentrating only on map work.

Still very slippery, but better than yesterday. Knee and ankle are ok. Hope that some good weather is coming soon, cause I need some quality training... :|

Road/Track Running 5:00 [3]

Morning run. Very slippery. Slipped and fell after 200m. Knee and ankle felt too bad to keep running, so I walked back home... :(
