Took it as a jog after stuffing up the first control because i'm supposed to be doing an hour run!!!

Running 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)

Did another 20 mins to make my time roughly an hour.

Had a slow run today coz i have the the canterbury's coming up.

Up and down hills. Felt damn fit. Got the canterbury's comming up so training up for that!!!!!!!!!!!!
