A short run to the lake carpark and back. Waited until it cooled down a bit outside before going out

was only meant to be a 10k run but I felt good so I kept going. Beautiful day, but very hot, and Levin is very flat and the roads I run down are dead straight and very long, so it can get very boring. I cant wait for trig (kohitere forest) to open again so I cvan go for a decent hill run!!

Started off as a fartlek run, but got some chest pains and turned back about 15 mins in. Felt better after a few minutes so I decided il do some intervals on the way back, roughly 6x100m every 200m
