Legs felt heavy and tired on the first ride. A little better on this one to start, then I felt like a rock star. Until I didn't. Then it was rapid ejection from the group and the last 5 miles solo.
Another session with Mark at F3. Really like his approach. Box jump/duck walk figure 8's with the uphill 110m sprint was, interesting. Especially after he made me put on the belt and started introducing "instability".
First session with Mark at F3. By far the most unique training experience ever. Seated balance board with a 40 pound PVC pipe full of water to hold, interval sprints backwards on an uphill treadmill, all kinds of stick mobility work, and got to finish with 5 minutes all out on the Jacob's Ladder with a 20 pound vest.
Working with him is definitely going to be interesting!

First workout with Zwift on the TV. Should have gotten this set up sooner. But with the weather the way it has been, I still might be getting a lot of use out of it.
