Finally starting to get a reasonably strong running stride back. Knee was tight at first but actually started to feel better during the run instead of worse. Didn't feel terribly hot but was completely drenched when I got home.

Standard loop. Legs pretty tired still, left knee hurting. Realized that the knee pain is playing a big part in my wonky runny stride so tried to just run through it. Plenty of ice afterwards. RIDICULOUSLY humid and hot. Ugh.
