Jet lag made it a bit tough to get started but a few days off due to travel seemed to have helped a bit. Ended up getting in longest run of the year. Slow but good.

Travel home from Amsterdam. Way busier than expected so only one run while there. Would call it a rest week, but lack of sleep and quantity of Dutch beer makes that seem inappropriate.
