Cycling 4:12:02 intensity: (8:40 @0) + (47:31 @1) + (1:06:25 @2) + (2:09:26 @3) 53.81 mi (12.8 mph) +4336ft

Not my HR - it was Paul's.

Ride with Paul Whitening, closest thing to Britian I know. Man is hilarious and an amazing wheel to follow. Best I've followed since Kris. Super steady, but I lost him on the steep section. I knew I would blow up, not recovered from the race, and had midly hard days Thursday and Friday. HOT - and got sick on the climb. Had to stop to cool down. Did fine on the rest of the route. Bummed I did so poorly on the climb, but it was short and I held my own the rest of the ride.

Toad's afterwards, Paul made us laugh until it hurt. Miss that guy, nice that I finally got a ride in with him.

Ride with Fish and a dude named Tim. Fucking santa rosa, too many damn cars, and tons of assholes. We got flipped off by some punk after clearing the road of a down tree. Yes your welcome ASSHOLE.

These guys were speedy, a bit too much for my liking. I just wanted to spin, have big ride tmrw with Paul who will for sure crush me.

Ride with Matt. We got de-railed on the original route by construction. The route we took sucked, lots of cars, crap roads. I got a flat.

My lungs are worse off than my legs. Feel like a smoker, damn dust from the 24hr.

Mtb 1:18:22 intensity: (2:40 @0) + (22:02 @2) + (53:40 @3) 10.95 mi (8.4 mph) +1070ft
ahr:135 max:157

Lap 8: Morning. TIRED, and fucking cold at the start. Crazy thing was it was super warm on course. So you had to freeze at the start and then delayer on the ride.
4 AM

Mtb 1:19:03 intensity: (2:03 @0) + (15:52 @2) + (1:01:08 @3) 10.91 mi (8.3 mph) +1054ft
ahr:137 max:153

Lap 9: Cold again.
7 AM

Mtb 1:15:01 intensity: (2:20 @0) + (8:50 @2) + (1:03:51 @3) 10.93 mi (8.7 mph) +1101ft
ahr:140 max:160

Lap 10: All sunshine, no lights, hence faster time. However, I thought this was my last lap so I was also super happy.
9 AM

Mtb 1:19:54 [0] 10.98 mi (8.2 mph) +1024ft

Lap 11: Their timing system sucked (they really needed to use Bike Monkey's). So you honest to god couldn't tell if we needed to do the extra lap or not. TK was told he had 1.09 to finish a lap to make it in before the 10am cutoff, which would allow me to do an extra lap (just in case). He got in at 9:58, and I was the last person to leave. I didn't know for sure that the other team wasn't behind me so I just left. I thought from what I could still hear at the venue I was safe, but I finished the lap anyways. SUPER nice to have the course to yourself. Just one other dude and a family going the wrong way on the course.

We won :) Pulled it back from third place. Out of the four 24hr races I've done, I've won 3 and got second in the other. I think I'm done doing these. That was a nice way to end it.
