Back home in Idaho. Have a bit of a nasty cold. Didn't log for the last couple of weeks but had some solid runs in Yosemite. Lots of moving and digging holes while the ground is not yet frozen.

Determined to get in a good schedule for climbing and Mt. Glory. Mix of trainer (until snow pack comes) and climbing gym with bootcamp. Got some kettle bells and medicine balls.
