TM with Justin. This was a progression run. Started with 3 mile w/u at 6.6 then upped the mph by .2 every mile with the last mile looking like 12.0-8.6, 12.5-8.7, 12.75-8.8. Then 1 mile c/d at 6.6 for .5 and 6.8 for .5. I felt awesome it was awesome to push myself. 12 years ago I pr'd at the half marathon with a time of 1:59.99. My half marathon during this workout was 1:46.16
Tempo run with JT. 1 mile w/u at 6.3 then 6 miles at tempo 7.8(7:41) then 3 mile c/d at 6.5(9:13). Felt great, I am sure JT will make my next tempo at a much faster pace
