I was ment to do leap training in the swimming hall's hill. It was so slippery that I changed the plan after 4 "climb". After that I ran 6 times the hill up so that I took some speed from the flat part.

Lack of motivation for test run. (I knew I'm in that bad shape that time would be many minutes worse than year ago..) So I went for basic Tiirismaa run, which helps me get lot of better shape than test run..

Partly Finlandia track and partly track-where-i-didn't-know-where-i-was. I found myself near Koivukuja and back I ran by cycle path next to Kirkkotie.

Doesn't look too good for 10mila trip. At the moment 9 guys are going. Would need at least 2-3 guys more...
