Walk/running to Messilä, few hills and then back. Felt like it was the first hill training of the season...

This was kind of a test for next weekend how does a bit longer one feel like and it felt good. Just to make sure I'm ready for the Saturday, I might need to open a "recovery drink".

Asked from Anna S about possible training for Tuesday evening and she said there's this a bit special training/race for that date. Once a year at the end of October Tullinge SK runs this "Getaren Runt". Everyone has a map (though I saw a lot of locals not taking it with) and the idea is to run round Getaren lake as fast as possible. Start was from Tullinge SK klubbstugan.

It was rainy weather, thus pitch black. Compass would've been a nice thing with. Would've saved me possibly 15min from the end time. Altogether I counted about 18-19min of mistake / hesitation. But I wasn't alone. Anna for instance would've beaten all the guys with time around 62-63min but she made mistake at east Getaren (not finding the small path that apparently I had gone in 10mila as well).

Leandersson has the track record of around 54min.

You might remember this terrain from 2007 25manna or 2011 10mila (where they had the pontoon bridge at the end of a lake -> map).

Some circuit training in hotel room.

When flying to Arlanda, there was a familiar face sitting one seat in front of me -> Aleksi Leskinen.
