i am not exactly sure how long this took me but it felt like forever. It was a 2km peramid going 250,500,750,100,1500,2000,1500,1000,750,500,250 This is the worst workout of EVER. I really felt it too cuz i think i am still tight from Sunday. But i survived and had about an average of 1:55.0.

At the World Indoor Rowing Championships in Boston (CRASH-B's). Very exciting to be there because I have never seen so many rowing machines in one spot. I raced in the Open Lightweight catagory with my friend. Overall I was the second Collegate Rower and was 11th out of 100 people! That was pretty sweet.

so after the 6x500m workout I felt pretty good and thought that my times were good and i was still a little dissapointed about my 2km test on monday so i decided to try it again. Well, i blew my old time away and went from a 7:42 to a 7:33 at an average 500m rate of 1:53.3 which was my initial goal time for the year... so i guess i need a new goal time
