did the skyline trail race course and we aimed for under 80min. I could tell right from the start that we were gonna push the pace more then last time cuz me and sam were just basically chasing after my dad (at least till the end when we were able to pull away ;) ) and last time we did this me and sam were talking more during running this. I seem to be good at pulling away on the uphills but i seem to be lacking speed in the downhills.

went to martha's vinyard to ride around with sam, mom, and my aunt. Very nice day, a little windy. nice and relaxed bike ride. all was good except when I fell off my bike and ripped up my leg and it was just really annoying trying to ride while you are bleeding... whateva. Overall nice day

i was confused on number one because I wasn't sure what route choice i was taking and was getting confused. (i think i have trouble getting into "orienteering" mode in the beginning). I then get to number one and am very confused because i copied down the green course control descriptions instead of red so i kinda stood at the control being confused for a little becuase the descriptions for controls were not on the map... I am also not very good at flow in and out of controls i realized today.
