i did the craftsberry ski half marathon with the family. The weather was really warn and it was impossible to stick to anything and it was classical skiing only so i was getting no where most of the time... so i double polled most of the way since i could not stick with my feet i used my arms most of the course if i could.

ran on the map of the future Nortth American o-meet (i think) . it was confusing because there was marked bare rock which was actually stoney ground and it was hard to actually see much becuase there was a nice layer of snow on the ground from the previous day.

this was the thomass race which was slighty confusing with the rules but it was fun. Once again the trails were ice so i could not exactly run on the trails at all, but since the trails were the fastest route choice for basically all of them i was slow and fell alot more. I also ran right past number 5 but went back and got it.

this was route choice where we basically all choose different routes we would take and then run them to see which was faster. Sam, louise, zan , and me where in the group.

this was the sprint, apparently studs on the bottom of the shoes would have been a good thing when i had none since the trails were made of ice so basically i fell ALOT.

relay training in which i had sam, louise, victoria, sandy, zan, and two guys in my group and we all had different maps and had a place where we would meet back up on the map and we had to run to the correct controls without getting mixed up with all of the people out in the woods. it was reall marshy and cold this day so my hair and legs had ice on them from running in the marshes and sweating.
