Sunday Apr 2

road 1:21:46 [3] 8.5 mi (9:37 / mi)
went for a run on my usual route outside and past the hudson bridge, but on the way back i went under the brige for the first time and found a dirt trail that i followed because I am curious like that. It went stright uphill for about 5min and then it came out to multilpe paths, i follewed the one that kept going uphill. I went uphill for about 7min (good hill workout). and then i went back down and followed some of the other trails a little, very interseting area. found a point that looked over the hudson bridge, i was pretty high up. i then went back as i was getting tired and i have a full week of crew ahead of me...
