| alright... so i didn't originally plan on going this far but i felt really good running and was actually enjoying it (it was a beautiful day at 65 degrees and i had a "good" meal before i went out). I am pretty sure i ran every possible route out across the bridge. My legs didn't really ever feel tired till the last 10min. and i think that is because i need something to drink. |
