my coach got this women that she knows who teaches this class in NYC. It is called Will Power and Grace (hehe... Will & Grace). SHe is very enthusiastic for 6am and had us doing a lot of push ups, squats, and abs.

Alright... so i haven't been logging anything for the past month, but don't worry, I have been training all the same, my only laziness was posting it. I guess you could say i was less lazy because I never sat down at a computer over my christmas break to do it. But now Christmas break is over and my first week of classes are done so I guess I will just start posting some stuff. Right now I am on my indoor rowing period so i will have a lot of erging stuff up.
