| i am not exactly sure how long this took me but it felt like forever. It was a 2km peramid going 250,500,750,100,1500,2000,1500,1000,750,500,250 This is the worst workout of EVER. I really felt it too cuz i think i am still tight from Sunday. But i survived and had about an average of 1:55.0. |

| At the World Indoor Rowing Championships in Boston (CRASH-B's). Very exciting to be there because I have never seen so many rowing machines in one spot. I raced in the Open Lightweight catagory with my friend. Overall I was the second Collegate Rower and was 11th out of 100 people! That was pretty sweet. |
