My first one was 10:05 which is what my interval pace dad said was supposed to be and sam said that my heart rate should be about 180, so i took the HR moniter from Sam for the next two and ran 9:00 mile and a halfs and could onlt get my HR up to 169 the highest even though i felt like i was running all out... |
