| went out in a single for the second time with Riverside. Felt really good, I would secretly race all the people I saw. Fairly cold this morning but warmed up once I got going. Probably not really going that fast, which was probably a good thing since if I lost control and fell in the water I would be very cold... |

| did a course at Blue hills forwards halfway, then ran back to the start, then did the whole thing backwards. Not too bad. Feel a little rusty and slow when I get near the circle. But otherwise went okay. |
