Did 3x20min pieces and rowed around in between. While docking I saw a seagull swoop down on some baby ducklings and a mother and EAT one! It was all very disturbing...

4x10min in a single. First time really pulling hard and doing pieces with the other lightweight girls. Went alright... I was able to keep up with them out of mostly just power since my technique was crap.

In a double. I was steering so I had a hard time concentrating on my technique which is what I was supposd to be doing...

Sunday May 4

Pretty clean run. Was running a bit slower today because I didn't want to get lost... and I was tired. Only once was I running and realized I was running off my compass direction and had to fix it which probably only cost me about a minuite or two.
