took the red-eye last night and basically went to sleep at 2am and woke up at 6:30am at which point in time my roomate then picked me up from the airport and drove me to work. No time or energy for morning workout (or nap). Decided to try to erg for a little, bad idea, had no energy, bloated, sleep deprived, and could not get my heart rate right... so I gave up.
