after a hard week on the track
this is meant to be all out to see what you can possibly do in the 800
It splits up the race to test yourself and set a goal
400 = 1:09 then rest 1:50
200 = 30 then rest 50
100 = 16 then rest 15
100 = 14 finish

Then did a 200 meter all out.

keeping under a 3 min pace for each.
about 3 min rest inbetween and 6 min half way through the workout
