Ran the red course today. Was very similar to yesterdays green course. Hit most of my controls nicely plus running was even better today.

ran a total of 7.6 KM

Had a lot of fun in the woods today! :D

Went out and ran green today after helping out at the MASCO event.

Ran 6.46 KM

Felt very good and clean today. Hit my controls dead on and ran well. Did some map memorizing exercises. My friend chase read the map and i memorized the terrain to get to the control. Everything went smooth and the running felt excellent.

10 mins on elliptical and then 5 mins on tread mill. Trying to loosen up legs for my work out later.
3 PM

track 1:15:00 [3] 6.95 km (10:47 / km)

Pretty good workout today felt fast and steady each time.
Warm up I did static stretches, 2KM warm up, and then more static stretching.

The workout was 10X250M on the track. Had a 150M jogging break between each. After we did 5 of them we had an 950M jogging break. Hit a pretty good and steady pace each time about 41 and 44 seconds each. Overall i was satisfied and glad i did the work out at a steady pace

Light jog when i got home. Also started using a Garmin to track what i do. Also did a little stretching with my calves they were a little tight.

Today was a good day of training even though it was a little space out through out the day it was good.

Really wasn't feeling it today in the 800. Haven't been doing enough speed workouts to run a good time today. Pretty disappointed in my time :/

Legs were pretty tight today from the weekend. did a 40 min run and a lot of stretching
