Presidents cup at Norristown farm park. Started off strong and then the below freezing wether hit me and I had to figure out how to defrost my hands in order to run. So what I did was lose my compass and put it in my pocket then I just put my hands in warm areas. After that I was rocking and rolling and eventually caught anybody who passed me. Felt strong but need to get stronger!
