did some upper body work out in the gym

did the elliptical for 20 mins to help loosen up my legs and get a good sweat on

12x200M did two sets of 6x200M with a 100M jog between each and between sets we did a 800M jog

cool down run

warm up run out to the tennis courts and back
static stretch

8x400M with a 200M jog in-between and after 4 we had a 800M jog in between

cool down run

Dynamic warm up

The did 3 miles hard which seemed to be more like 3.5 miles looking at the times. Still a good work out on tired legs which was nice to push through it
