just the elliptical to get warmed up and break a nice sweat

Jumping rope is a good exercise! Got the heart rate up and it was hard to keep it up. Really got my calfs burning kind of like when you are running up a hill.

the exercise went like this
2:00 on and the 30sec off and i did this 5 times.

then lots of core

First every billy goat for me and it was awesome! Cant wait to do it again. Decent run but still need to work on picking the better route choice and executing it.
