sit-ups and curls, the end of week 3 i believe

curls: 11, 13, 9, 9, 17(f) good stuff!
sits: 24, 32, 23, 23, 32(f) just made it!

so far i'm feeling a lot stronger!
start crossfit back up next week!

Father daughter 1 mile relay: simone and I switched off 1/4 miles in relay fashion to pull in a 9:54 mile! Wooohooo!

also did curls and sits.

curls w/ 30 lbs: 10, 12, 8, 8, 15(f)
sits: 21, 28, 21, 21, 28 (f/c)

c=some cheating, last set was very hard!

depression.

did push-ups and crossfit today, likely drop out of my race.

push-ups: 12, 14, 11, 10, 18(f)

Running hills 32:00 [3] 3.5 mi (9:09 / mi)

Tempo hill run, kept a very high heart rate. On course got 3.5 laps in 27:24 - will save this time as a record.

still got the blues though
