Burpee ladder:
9+8 mother fucker! Couldn't quite make it. 53 total, better than last time but not good enough.

also got 5 minutes of jump rope in.

To the gym for velocity day and back: 17, 19. Decent enough.

Velocities + CF warm-ups + overhead movement practice

deads: 6x1 @ 150
squat: 10x2 @ 95 (surprisingly challenging!)
bench: 10x2 @ 135 (too easy)

good workout today!

Out and back: 15 minutes at a '15' on my RPE, and all the way back running hard to beat my time. 15 minutes out, like 14:50 back. very tough.

warm-up and 3 easy 'getting back to it' max lifts + tabata tread @ 6.5 mph, 12g incline.

deads=275 (easy)
bench=225 (very easy)
squat=155 (ehh)

the squats are 'ass-to-grass' crossfit style, and i'm just terrible at them. Tabata made my heart feel awful, pulse well above 200!

Running 38:50 [3] 4.5 mi (8:38 / mi)

2 to the gym, 2 back + tabata in the middle. The way in was awesomely fast, the way out sucked!
