Just went to try out my cleats, was quite different to using running shoes. Didn't fall which was good.

Felt a bit sick (with a headache) so didn't want to try my luck and train. Hopefully I can make the circuits tomorrow because I have a doctor's appointment just before. Doctors appointment is unrelated to me feeling a bit out.

Note

Bought a watch today, so now I can actually time my trainings and monitor my heart rate. Yay :). Was quite keen to try it out, but I needed an hour or two of sleep when I got home because I was really tired.
