Lost more than a minute and a half between the 3 controls. Looking forward to "real" urban orienteering. Came 2nd which still isn't bad.

10 x 200 m at less than 30 sec each. About 2 minutes rest between each one. Did the training with the athletics coach. Seems like a good way to keep me training.

Very short session just to make sure that everything is working. I really need to join the athletics club and start training with them, otherwise I don't really have anywhere to train at 6pm...

Been pretty difficult with all of my lectures finishing late this block and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Also lots of work that I have to do when I get home (mainly looking up information).
