Practicing first controls.
Gave everyone the basic formula for a good warm up (found some papers). Turns out that dynamic stretching doesn't actually benefit you (but doesn't decrease performance like static stretching). Increasing VO2 is actually the main aim of a warm up... Hopefully going to test these principles out on Sunday.
