Orienteering 45:00 [3]
shoes: Inov8 Roclite 243

Not my day. Control one wasn't in the right place so we didn't find it. Not a great map and loads of brambles. Didn't beat Paul :p. If all the other night events are like this one I might give them a skip. My legs are still tingling...

Running 1:02:00 [3] 14.0 km (4:26 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 29 Shield 1113

Run from around Charing Cross Hospital to the river and then over at Putney bridge and up the river for two bridges before turning back. Half a breakfast when we finished (not many sausages left :( ). Trying to convince the club to have a team for the BUCS orienteering. We'll see what happens.

Orienteering race (Cambridge Urban) 37:26 [3] 7.1 km (5:16 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 29 Shield 1113

Just 17 seconds behind Nick Barrable :/. Flow was generally quite good but a few hesitations cost me.

Cambridge is quite cool and the course allowed us to run through many of the colleges. I definitely couldn't study there. Too small and pokey.

Core 45:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Pegasus 29 Shield 1113

Got up early (6:25) and then cycled to university for the core session this morning. I must say, an hour of core is pretty brutal... I might feel it for the Urban race in Cambridge tomorrow :/.
