To Ethos and then jog to the Serpentine. Pyramid - 2 min, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2
Was feeling rough as it increased. Not tired, just my body wasn't happy with running intervals on the hard surface.
On a side note, university is finished for the year! Now starts the reading for my Master's proposal.
