2 x 1200, 800, 400, 200

With Fabien from the lab so at least I had some company (he did 3 x 800, 400, 200). My right achilles was a little tight so tried not to push too hard and see how it went. No problems from it so that's good. Was stiff after coming back from London, but was much better today anyway.

Note
(rest day)

Arrived back from London in the morning so didn't seem like a good idea to take things too seriously. Not a lot of sleep this weekend (3 hours this morning to catch my 7 am flight at Heathrow).

Overall a good weekend in terms of the reason why I actually went (for work). Managed to get some awesome results and things worked just as I predicted (although the new protein we were trying didn't work at all). Another day just trying to save the world...

Running 1:10:00 [3] 15.22 km (4:36 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 34 1117

I can be a tourist in a city that I used to call my own right? Garmin was about to die so no GPS.

Run from Imperial along Hyde Park, Green Park and down the Mall. Past Westminster and along the Thames. Then I crossed over at one of the bridges close to the Tate Modern and came back along the Millenium Bridge and back to Imperial. Cool to see all the sights (the Shard etc).
